SEND AUTOMATED MAESSAGES IN OUTLOOK

I need to send a reminder every friday to a group of receipients.
The message is static. How do I do this in Outlook

Create a recurring appointment in the calendar. When the appointment is sent
to these users, as soon as they click on Accept, the reminder will pop up for
them at the appropriate time.
