Hi,

I need to configure Outlook so that one user has 'Send As' rights to
another mailbox.

I have granted delegate permissions and set the Send As permission in
AD.

Is there anything else that should be done?

When the user replies to an email it just comes from them, not the user
they are granted send as for.

Filling in the From bar is also something you must do.

Thanks for that! I see the From field and this works when replying to a
message.But this field does not appear when I create a new message. Is
it possible to set this up?
