Send and print messages in one go

Hi,

this is on Outlook 98 (!), but I could as well use 2000 or XP:
For some stupid reason, I need to print most of my sent mails for filing
them in paper form.
But the printouts *have to* carry the sent date and time. So I always send
them, the window closes, I go to the sent items folder, search for the
message, open it, print it, close it and return to the inbox.
I'm looking for a way to send and print them (*after* they were sent) in
one go.
Maybe even combined with returning to the inbox immediately, no matter
which view I was in before (most likely contacts, to look for the mail
address).
Possible?
