I have created a template in outlook and I want Access to send an email on
the member's birthday -- a sort of birthday card. Currently, I have a query
that gives me a sorted birthday list and I individually create a single email
for each member at the beginning of each month and have outlook delay the
sending of the birthday card template untiil their birthday. I have heard of
sending automated reports to members on the database through a mail merge
using the emails in Access but cant find any info on Google. Any help with
this would be greatly appreciated and a big time saver.
