Send an Access database via an e-mail attachment

When I try to send an Access database via e-mail attachment. It says that
this is unsafe and it will not allow me to send the mdb file format. What can
I do to overcome this problem
 
Read the message again: Outlook does not prevent you from sending an ..mdb file. It only warns you.

What you really have to worry about is whether the recipient can open it, which is out of your control. A good solution would be to package the .mdb file in a .zip archive.

Are you sure it won't send it? Outlook usually warns you, but does allow
you to send it. Absent that condition, just rename the file to ".mdx" or
something and send it. The recipient can rename it back.
