Send a workbook or a sheet

Hi,

By any ways can we send the entire file or a workbook using outlook. This is
something that i do not want to open an outlook and keep on attaching files.
An instant way
 
In Windows Explorer, right click on the file and select "Send to", "Mail
Recipient".
