Send a recipe from Word copying into email

I went to Word, got the recipe, saved it to the task bar, attempted to copy of paste in the email using Microsoft Outlook....sent it and nothing appeared in the outbox or sent mail....what happened? What should I have done

I think you'd be better off asking your question in a newsgroup related to
Word (they start microsoft.public.word) or Outlook (they start
microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
