Note are embedded in the presentation and stay with it even when saved as a
PowerPoint Show. You will need to create a copy of the presentation, then
strip out the notes, then send this revised copy via email.
This can be done manually (if there are only a few slides) or with a macro.

The notes are a part of the presentation; you can't really separate the two.
What you can do instead is to save a COPY of your presentation, then delete the
notes from it.
Manually is one way, or you can let PPT do it for you with this little snip of
VBA:
