Send a mail to all the participants to a planned calendar event.

Hi,
i would like to know if it is possible to send, as reminder, a mail to all
the participants to a planned calendar event, as a meeting or telco, time
before the event takes place (on/two day, for instance).

Hi Bart,
yes, i need to do it as a reminder, automatically from the appointment.
The reminder of the meeting works just for me; i need at certain time to
send out a mail to all the participant AS reminder.
I have seen in this forum that there is an add-on (to be purchased) by a
Microsoft partner(http://www.rsoutlook.com/us/prods/prod01.html); it means
that std there are no functionalities can be used ?

Outlook does not have the ability you seek built in.
