Selecting paragraphs..

Basically, I want to create a blank document with a Macro.
I want this Macro to be able to select certain paragraphs that I write (with
check boxes) and insert them.

Anyone know how to do this?

As stated, your request doesn't make any sense. If you haven't any paragraphs,
the macro cannot select them. Could you please describe in accurate detail what
you're looking for? Also, we need to know the version of Word.

If you want to be able to INSERT from a selection of pre-defined paragraphs,
take a look at the AutoText functionality.
