Hi there

I have place a bunch of buttons on a sheet and was wondering how I ca
select all of them at once in order to format them (change size, font
align etc)

Regard

There is no way that I know of to select more than 1 button at a time.
However, you can set the attributes of one button and then use th
format painter which will add those attributes to the next button.
little of a pain doing them individually, I know.

Hope this helps!

Hmmm... I had no problem. Hold down the Ctrl key as you click on each
button.... Or does that only work for me becasue I'm in Excel 2002?

I think what Michael meant is that you can't format multiple
buttons at the same time since that is what the OP asked for

On the drawing toolbar, there is an arrow that will allow you to do thi
as well by dragging. A good way if you have a ton of buttons.
