Selecting more than one value in a combo box

Is it possible to select more than one value in a combo box? Generally, I
select one value and then I click on a command button to bring back the
results (query) for what I selected.

What I want to do is select more than one value (let's say two values in the
combo box) and have the results returned for both values that have been
selected. How do I do this?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
