Selecting export to Excel closes Outlook...

Hello,

We have a problem with exporting any Outlook folders to Excel - as
soon as we press the final button before the export, Outlook closes.

Exports to CSV format works. We've created a new folder containing one
"simple" message for testing (no attachments, one-line message text),
but get the same result.

Any ideas please?
