SelectedIndexChanged event of dropdownlist doesnt work

hi everybody,
i have a dropdownlist in web application but it doesnt work if anybody met
this problem before plz help me

What are you expecting to happen? Are you expecting it to cause the page to be submitted? If so, is the AutoPostback property set to true for the dropdown list (it defaults to false)?
