We're running an Exchange2003 environment that was upgraded from 5.x. Every
once in a while, there will be a user who clicks on the 'To' button to select
his contacts, and the subsequent window will hang for 30-60 seconds, ignoring
all mouse clicks. During this time, the cursor flashing as it should be in
the 'Type Name' box. It happens every time for an afflicted user until Office
is re-installed.
Re-installing Office corrects this issue, but I was wondering if there might
be another way around it. Has anyone else experienced this?
