Select Names choices

Using Outlook 2002, when composing a new message I select the To: tab and
the Select Names window appears.

Each name in my Contacts folder appears twice in the list of names in the
Select Names window. The first entry is the Email, the second is the Fax.

Is this correct and can I filter the list to just show the Email addresses?
