"Select Name" Drop Down Box

When sending a new message: I hit the "TO" button to get
a contact name. The "Select Name" box appears where it
lists my contacts. QUESTION: How do you change the
fields that appear in that box of contacts????

You cannot configure the Outlook Address Book.
