Select Multiple Objects to Delete?

Does anyone know if it is possible to select multiple
objects (pictures, text boxes, arrows, etc.) at once to
delete them?

Just hold down the shift key as you click on the items

To kill all in one go - Edit / Go To / Special / Objects - Hit the Delete
button.
