Select File Dialog

hi

i want the user when he opens the dialog for selecting file i like it to
open in specific network path and he cant change the path to another folder,
haw can that be done

You cannot prevent the user from changing the current folder in the Select
File Dialog.
3rd party commercial components such as Shell MegaPack from
http://www.ssware.com allow you to do this and many more customizations and
behavior control.

Ammar,

Although you can't force a certain path as pointed out earlier, you can have
a default path by setting the InitialDirectory property of the
OpenFileDialog. Go to
