Seeking example code

I am looking for a simple example of Excel opening an MS Access database,
finding a row by the primary key, writing a value to one of the fields and
then closing the database.

Does anyone have such an example and/or know of where an example might be?

The OP requires the UPDATE sql syntax e.g.

UPDATE MyTable SET MyDataCol = 'New Value' WHERE MyKeyCol = 55;
