Just joined this group and wanted some advice on how to get the word
out about my companies job opening. We have done Monster and Dice and
as you would expect, not much success in candidate quality.
We are a Boston, MA based company working in the Banking/Financial
world provided the latest in electronic payment processing and document
capture. We are in need of two engineeers to develop in a Smart Windows
environment, C# / VB.Net.
If you have any good sites I can post to I would be greatful for the

Software Development Engineer / GUI + C#
This is a unique opportunity to help us develop our newest and most
sophisticated product, "Check Station". The Image Deposit Exchange
network was created as a response to the growing demand from businesses
and banks to capitalize on Check 21 legislation that allows electronic
check processing directly from their back offices. Image deposit
removes many of the constraints of traditional paper-based bank
checking practices while saving time and money.
We need your experience and background developing in C# using Smart
Client Windows Forms. Our team of software developers delivers common
middle-tier windows forms and web services for a wide variety of
applications used in the banking and financial services industry.
The candidate who joins our team will have a mix of database,
middle-ware and windows forms skills. You will work in a fast-paced,
results-oriented environment to develop a windows forms smart client
application.

Qualifications
Candidates Must Have:
· BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline
· 3-6 years or more of software development experience, including
database, middle-tier, and front-end experience
· 2+ years of C#/VB.NET
· 2+ years SQL Server experience
· 1+ years Web Reporting such as (SQL Server, Crystal, Cognos, etc.)
· Experience with Microsoft Smart Client & Composite Application
Block
· C++ or Java or VB experience
· Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
Additional Experience would be a plus.
· Experience with WSE
· Experience with SQL Server Reporting
· Experience with Smart Client Software Factory
· Experience with Updater Application Block and One-click deployments
· Experience with scanners and other peripherals.
· Experience with forms processing including OCR/ICR/MICR recognition
· Experience in developing applications for financial, check 21
and/or credit card services
