Seeking Advise in English

Can anyone tell me how to get specific "how to" information...in
English...related to Outlook Express. I've tried using Microsoft's search
engine (key word: Outlook Express) but all postings appear to be in Spanish.

Another possibility is that the user is going through a proxy that's being
identified as Spanish.

I'm not sure whether Microsoft's "too smart" for their own good: it's
possible that they're rerouting due to that. (I know that at work, I go
through a US-based proxy, so I'm picked up as being US, not Canada)
