Seek Playbill template (fold 8.5" x 11" sheet once, get 4 pp Playb

Have recently tried (without success) to find in Word 2002, or on Web, any
8.5" x 11" landscape document template that immediately sets you up to use
your choice of any or all of these formats within your landscape document;
1. Single and/or double column "newsletter" format;
2. Numbered/Bulleted lists; and
3. Inserts of head shots/logos.
Purpose is to print both sides of moderately heavy glossy 8.5" x 11"
cardstock (two 4.25 " x 5.5" pages per side - one side becomes the cover and
back page, and the other, interior pages 1 & 2). You then fold 8.5" x 11"
cardstock down the middle, producing a stylish four page Playbill in 4.25" x
5.5" page size.
Anybody know where such a template is tucked away?

thespian, and move/add text boxes as desired.
