See stores not on list

I have a list of stores that we represent that I want to run a query against
a table that list any store that has orderd from this company. The query I
want to run will show any store that ordered that is not on my store list. I
linked the store list table with the orders table by the store number, but
don't know how to tell it to only list stores that are not on my store list.
Thought about using the Not Like functions, but my store list is over 2000
stores long so is to long to do that way. Any suggestions.
