When we receive mail, it is no easy to associate to categories.

If we could have acess to cascading menu to associate mail to a categories
it will help sort information.

In the cascading menu of categories we need to be able to choose more than
one at the time.

Select your messages in the inbox, using the Shift or the Ctrl key with the
mouse to select more than one at a time. Then right-click somewhere within
the selected messages, and go to Categories. You will see your Master
Category List and can check off as many boxes as you like.

Note - you probably ought not to have used the "suggestion" feature for
this, until you've determined that it is actually *not* possible to do the
thing you are trying to do. Post questions first, and then post suggestions
if enough people tell you it's impossible.
