See and accept meeting invites without full access to inbox?

How can I have access to see and accept anothers meeting invites with out
being granted full access to someones inbox?
 
I take it these are not meeting invites sent to you? What version of
Outlook are you using? Do you have an Exchange server? The problem isn't
just being granted access to their Inbox but also their Calendar.

Depending upon the answers to your above questions you might find Tools |
Options | Delegates interesting.
