I would like to remove security from database

I am Logged in the database as an admin to your secure mdb database. When I
go to Tools, Security, User and Group Permissions to grant full permissions
on all objects to the Users Group. I get the message you don’t have
permissions to change permission to the specified form or table.

Can you switch to a different wif? That would at least let you start fresh.
