Security Wizard Problem and WIF

I have two connection to a Local Network Server. One is for my dept and the
other is for the organization. When I was creating a database using a
different WIF for my other database in the organization Local Network Server.
I get this message when I was done setting up the Security Wizard.

Error' An unexpected error occured while changing the owner of the database.
The problem can occur if you have 1)previously created the database while
logged on as one user, 2)previously used the Security Wizard in any version
of Access, and then 3) logged on as a different user to run the Security
Wizard this time.': The wizard can't complete successfully.

I thought maybe it's because I used the same pwd for the login as the other
database with the different WIF when I made myself as the admin . Thinking
that was it, I went into User and Group Account to change that same pwd to a
different one to see if the Security Wizard will work but it didn't.

Could someone please tell me what i did wrong?

I would start by using Start, Run to locate all *.mdw files on your hard
drive as well as the two mapped drives on the server.

You need to ensure that you are using the correct mdw file with the correct
mdb when you make changes.

What version of Access? Why are you running the security wizard a second
time?
