Security with Win 9x...

People that log in and check there email from Windows 98
and log off then when someone else logs into the network,
they can read the previous person's email.

It blew me away when I saw it happen.

How do I stop that.

Windows 2000 works perfectly and I have urged that people
upgrade to Windows 2000...

Is there a way to secure emails in Outlook 2000 on Windows
9x?

Thanks!!!

With FAT systems, there's no real way to secure individual files - nature of
the beast. The only way to pull it off that I can think of would be to use
Verisign encryption where the user needs to input a private decryption
password to read the email. Either that, or implement Microsoft Exchange or
something similiar where the emails are naturally separated (and keep them
in separate .pst files on the server to which each user must individually
access by password).
