Security Warning

I saw numerous posts about the Security Warning you get when you open Access
("This file may not be safe...") about 6 months ago, but now I can't find
them anymore. I did something simple, and the warning went away.

Can anyone refresh my memory? It wasn't an add-on or anything, just a
simple setting change somewhere.
