Update to the latest Jet Service Pack. Then: If you are certain that the
databases you run are safe, you can go to Tools ... Macros ... Security and
set the security level to Low. After that, the Sandbox mode can be turned
off by just acknowledging the first time.

How would you do this on Access 2002? Tools > Macros > Security is not
available.
