Security warning for no reason

Hi,
when I open an Excel file (2003) I receive the security warnni
although there is no macros. the list is empty. I had macros in thi
file but I deleted the all. How to get rid of this warnnig message?
nned to send this file to others and they don't open it when they se
the warning

Make sure that not only is all code deleted, but that you remove all modules
as well.
