Security Updates

I used the original XP disk to repair my computer's files.
It did a great job, BUT now Belarc Advisor tells me I am mising 24 Microsoft Security Updates.

I've looked all over the Microsoft site, but can not find where I can download allthese updates.
Stupid question: Can anyone tell me where I can find them?

I have my computer set for Automatic Updates, but that's not being done.

Hi John my name is Kaja and I want to try to help you. If you are running
Internet Explorer Seven in the upper right hand corner click onTools then
Windows Update. That will take you directly to the Windows Update site. If
that does not work try doing it manually this way; go to www.microsoft.com
then click on Security and updates. Then select Microsoft update. I am
fairly sure this will solve your issue.. Please let me know if it does so I
can improve my support.
