security updates without admin privileges?

Where can I get information on applying secuirty patches
to dozens of PCs in a domain without having to send IT
staff to each PC to log in with admin privileges? Normal
users are not local admin's, and windows automatic update
fails.

SUS = Software Update Server/Service
from MS and its capabilities will improve.
