Security update

I received an unsolicited Cumulative Patch update which
resolves all known security vulnerabilities affecting MS
Internet Explorer, MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express. The
email was from Microsoft. The file name
is "instlation674.exe. Does anyone know if this is real
and is the file a good one? Thanks
 
fake... delete.... it is the w32.swen.a worm. (MS does not send unsolicated
patches to customers via e-mail.)
