Security Update for XP

I keep getting a message to install security update for
XP, and everytime I try to install it, it fails. The
error code is F00D and the security update is KB835732.
If anyone has any insight as to why this is not
installing please let me know. I like to keep my
computer as up to date as possible, and it's making me
crazy that this isn't working.

You are using a version of the AOL software earlier than AOL 8.0 Plus.

The AOL Web browser that is included with versions of the AOL program that are
earlier than AOL 8.0 Plus did not communicate correctly with the Windows
Installer software. As a result, Windows Installer may stop responding.
