Security Update for Windows XP (KB913446)

This update keeps showing up in my Windows/Microsoft Update on both of my
machines and it fails to download on both of my machines. Is anyone else
having issues with ?Security Update for Windows XP (KB913446)"?

Yes almost everyone has had problems with this.

Install it manually.
