After I install Security Update for Microsoft Outlook 2002 (KB946985) unable
to print (GFI FAXMaker) from any text editor. Instead of opening a standard
MS outlook new message window, MS Outlook gives me an error message "Cannot
start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not valid.
Verify the switch you are using.â€
Just I uninstall the security update everything works ok.

You might want to contact GFI about this instead. I really wonder why they
would do something programmatically and then use a command line operation to
initiate a new item.

My guess is that they are generating a "mailto:" command with an "attach" or
"attachment" switch which isn't RFC compliant in the first place. Support
for this has been dropped already in all current versions of Outlook. It
could be that they corrected that for Outlook 2002 via this update now as
well (considering that there hasn't been a major update for it for a long
long time already as it is no longer in mainstream support for quite some
time).
