Security Settings

I have a question about default users under local/domain
security policy and who should be giving permissions.
Here's what I have 5-2000 and 1-2003 servers all under
Local Group Policies (domain is not defined for both these
policies)
-Security Settings
-Local policies
-User rights Assignment
*Create Golobal Objects--Administrators/SERVICE
*Impersnate a client after Authenication--
Administrators/SERVICE

Are these the default users for these policies? Should
they be in these policies?

Yes, 'Service' and 'Administrators' are added to those two user rights by
default. Those two rights are new to WS2003. I don't believe that win2k
understands those yet.

FYI, Win2k will understand those privileges in SP4. WinXP will understand
them in SP2.

Well my 2000 servers list it along with my 2000 pro
machine. Was it added to 2000 with SP4 I wonder?
