security settings

how do i find the security settings to access the
permissions within the registry? I am the administrator so
i have all permissions but there is no option on the
toolbar for security settings????

In windows2000,you have to use regedt32.exe to edit the registry.
Right click the key which you would like to set the permission,and you'll
find the option you want.
