Security settings problem

I have XP SP2, IE7, security zones custom set to high. When I attempt to
fill out and send a form in IE I get the following pop-up:

Security Alert
Your current security settings do not allow you to send HTML forms.

What is causing this and what can I do to fix this without compromising
security?
(I know that this is most likely an IE issue but I cannot find a decent IE

Open internet options,advanced,click "reset to default" then open security
tab,L.click on each icon 1 @ a time,click "set to default",close out.To
verify
& check youre security settings,download & run the MBSA tool,its

Either lower your firewall security or install another firewall you
can customise properly ; I`m using Comodo ( free ) .
