Security sandbox violation and unable to open pages

I have 2 problems. First one is I constantly get the
Flash Player Debug "Security Sandbox Violation" error
message. I have deleted macromedia flash and changed the
parameter script debugging, no help. Number 2 for some
reason I am unable to open the Yahoo weather page after I
enter the city or zip code. I get page unavailable. Any
help would be appreciated. Never in my entire browsing
experience have I had the trouble that I have with IE6. I
am running XP
 
get firefox from mozilla.org and enjoy the net.
instead of despising internet explorer's quirks.
popup blocker and no hijacking. isn't open source great.
