Security question: Passing data from DMZ into local network

Windows 2000/2003 servers


We are deploying some B2B functionality that requires data to be submitted
to our DMZ web servers. We want to push this data in near real time through
the internal firewall into our network. I have been searching google and
several other resources to come up with an MS recommended taxonomy for
deployment but I have struck out. .

Is there a recommended architecture that would allow me to securely pass
data into my network?
