Security prompts when sending email via an external application

We use the Outlook object model to send emails from an external
application. The external application can be customized by using a
basic dialect (not VBA).

Is it possible to suppress the Outlook 2003 security prompts by
digitally signing the external application?

No, that won't do it. You'd need to use either Extended MAPI (C++ or Delphi
code only) or Redemption (www.dimastr.com/redemption) which can be called
from any language that supports COM. You could also use Express ClickYes,
which uses SendKeys to get rid of the prompts but that has its own security
vulnerabilities.
