Security Patch Windows 2000

I am unable to load the security patch. I get an error
message that is it is linked to missing export
NTDLL.DLL:NTShutdownsystem

and another that says access is denied.


Help?

You must be logged in as build in administrator account, that is
Administrator by default unless your renname it. Also, see that you use no
proxy for your windows update site, sometimes proxy screws shit up.
