Security patch not available in other languages?

Hi all,

I tried to patch the security issues which were mentioned in security
bulletin MS04-007 (see
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-007.asp
for details). No matter what language (other than English) you select,
you'll always get the English version.
Since I'm using a non-Engish version of Windows 2000 this patch refuses to
install on my system.

Is there a workaround or did Microsoft just forget about the other versions?

I would think you didn't press the "Go" button after you changed
the language in the drop down list...

Either that or he has english at the top of his languages in the browser.

the language configuration in IE doesn't matter...

:-( woops! Thanks guys. I find it rather strange that one should do that
though.
