Security decisions

I cannot find a menu path that will allow me to change a
decision that is log under the security agent. Is it
possible for the user to modify a decisions that has been
activated? Please advise

I think this depends on the decision.

If you got a blue alert about an unknown object being installed or whatever,
and you selected to allow it to be installed, Microsoft Antispyware can't
reverse that. There should be an uninstall in control panel, add or remove
programs, however.
