Well, maybe someone can help me with this.
I am running outlook 2000, and in one of microsofts security fixes, removed
the "attachment security" button from my outlook options. Viewing
Microsoft's article KB277704, they said they have a fix, but you have to
contact their support for it, well, when I try to contact their support for
free through the web, it says I can't (not sure why, is product to old they
don't support anymore???) Anyway, does ANYONE know where I can get their
fix, to the problem they created and want to charge for to get.

I am afraid that the installation of the Service Pack
removed the button . However, short of a full and complete
uninstall of Office...

Try looking for a solution to opening attachements on
Sue Mosher's Slipstick site:

Terry,

Depending on what update(s) you have installed the fix for KB277704 may or
may not work. Please go to the Help - About Microsoft Outlook dialog box and
let me know the build number displayed for Outlook. It will be a 9.0...
number.

Thanks,
