I am a user of ACT 2006 software. I had Outlook 2000, The ACT software has a
feature which enables me to duplicate the activities or tasks to the outlook
calendar by a single click. Everything was fine and in a way that I wanted it
to be. Recently, I installed Outlook 2003, now, this feature of duplication
does not work, it takes me through the same steps, no error messages, looks
like everything went on fine but the dupe does not get displayed on my
outlook calendar, neither it gets updated on my calendar(OL). It does work
good with another friend of mine who has ACT 2006 and OL 2003. He was the one
who adviced me that OL 2003 comes with a lot of security updates and one of
which might be blocking the sync process.Or, is it that I have missed to
enable any of the options under OL. Please help !

Most of the security features that Outlook 2003 has have been there since Outlook 2000 SP2. They're not new. You might want to ask the ACT support folks for assistance.
