Security Auditing XP Home Edition - Not Working

I would greatly appreciate some help with this issue. I
have Win XP Home Edition SP! installed with all the
latest updates. At some point in time, I noticed that
Login / Logoff Attempts were no longer visible and/or
being logged in the Event Viewer. I obviously want this
turned back on.

How do enable Security Auditing in XP Home Edition??

Try this:
Open Event Viewer | Right click Security | Properties |
Filter tab | All five s checked???

You might also look at Application and System also.
 
This did not work. I have XP Home Edition and when I log on as Administrator in Safe Mode/Safe Boot, it does not even show this option

Is there a *.inf* file somewhere where I could manually
